FAQ
What types of events do you do?
Limited small events and special occasions are welcome, but we do not do videography. Our core is personal and family portraits, weddings, and lifestyle photography.
Do you offer payment plans?
We offer payment plans for all full session types, however a non-refundable $200.00 deposit is required to confirm your booking. The $200.00 is credited to your account, but forfeited for no-shows.
Do you do real estate photos?
Yes. Since 2003. Interior/Exterior staging and real estate photos, including those for property sales, airbnb, vrbo, etc. are considered commercial sessions. Please note that I do not offer drone photography services.
What is your post-production & editing timeline?
For U.S. based sessions, all edits are complete and available in your password protected client gallery within 48 to 72 hours. If you order wall art, albums, books, and other print products, the expected delivery date will be provided. I partner with only professional grade printing service providers and proofing is required before anything is sent to production.
What payment methods are available?
We accept credit cards, checks, and cash, but sorry no bitcoin or other cryptocurrency.
Do you have travel fees?
Yes. Travel fees are decided on a case-by-case basis, factoring in distance, session location, duration, time of year, travel method, terrain, and logistical needs.
Do you have insurance?
Of course we have insurance. I also shoot with redundancy at all times and maintain three levels of digital backup. We also provide you with a contract, have multiple conversations to prepare you for your big day, and will put your interests as a client first.
Do you outsource your work?
Never. I shoot with two cameras and on the occasion will bring an assistant or two depending on the situational need in order to help with a range of activities from fetching and holding gear to managing onlookers and the occasional photo-bomber.
